Production Manager (Joinery) (Saint Clair)

Lead a high-performing production team within a well-established residential joinery company, taking ownership of workflow, quality and day-to-day factory operations. Evolve Talent is currently seeking an experienced Factory Manager for a reputable commercial joinery company based in Western Sydney. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations and coordinate workflow across multiple projects
- Manage production scheduling and ensure deadlines are met
- Lead, mentor and supervise a team of 8+ production staff
- Maintain premium-quality workmanship across all custom joinery
- Work closely with the drafting team to ensure documentation is production-ready
- Monitor productivity, materials and overall efficiency
- Promote WHS standards and ensure safe machinery operation
- Remain hands-on on the factory floor when required About the Company:

- 10+ years' experience in high-end joinery
