Role We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly lifeguards to join the team on a casual basis. Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day pool operations within our facility.
- Ensure all areas in and surrounding the pool are safe and enjoyable for all patrons.
- Communicate and interact effectively with patrons of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a safe environment. Qualifications & Skills
- Current First Aid (Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current National Police Check clearance
- Currently Working with Children Check
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Understanding of OHS and public safety within the facility.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for water safety and commitment to customer service excellence.
- High regard for previous experience in a comparable role but not essential.
- High regard for current Pool Operations Certificate but not essential.
