Casual Receptionist Singleton

Overview

Casual Receptionist required to assist to cover shifts as required: State of the art Aged Care Residence: Outstanding friendly team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Casual Receptionist for our state of the art 144 bed aged care residence based in Singleton.

You must be highly organised, comfortable with learning recent technology, discrete and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people including staff, residents and family members.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service for all enquiries from our residents, staff, family and friends that come to the residence both face to face and over the phone. You will be completing the full range of front desk and administrative support and follow‐up.

Qualifications

Previous experience within aged care or healthcare is desirable.
