Duty Managers & Supervisors — Royal Hotel Singleton Royal Hotel Singleton is a family-friendly Hunter Valley hotel featuring a Public Bar, Bistro, Beer Garden, TAB, Gaming Room, Accommodation and Bottle Shop. We're part of Hunter Hotel Group, operating ten venues across the Hunter and Central Coast regions. We're seeking full-time and casual Duty Managers and Supervisors to join our leadership team. With flexible rostering and a hands‑on, motivated management team, this is a genuine opportunity to build a long‑term career in hospitality. About the role Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll run shifts across the venue — overseeing the bar, accommodation, gaming, bistro service and bottle shop. You’ll lead and support staff, deliver a high standard of customer service, manage cash handling and compliance, and help drive day‑to‑day trade.
- Current NSW RSA and RCG competency cards
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train a team
- Sound food and beverage knowledge
- High attention to detail, particularly around compliance and cash handling
- Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn and grow Highly regarded
- Experience in a multi‑revenue venue (gaming, TAB, bottle shop) What we offer
