Description
Location: Mt Thorley, NSW, AU. Be the backbone of a large, high‑performing Field Service operation supporting over 60 technicians across the Hunter Valley. This fast‑paced, hands‑on administration role enables frontline service delivery to major customers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end administrative support to the Field Service team, including document control, records management, data entry and office coordination.
- Manage service and work order administration, including purchase requisitions, goods reception and supporting documentation.
- Maintain technician training schedules, competency records and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate customer and site inductions, including medical bookings and site access requirements to ensure technicians are job‑ready.
- Administer uniform and PPE distribution, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Support safety administration activities, including compliance documentation and audits.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers and external partners to support service operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Skills & Experience
- Experience in an administrative role within a service, workshop or operational environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear and qualified written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
