Site Supervisor | Mobile Crushing (Mount Thorley)

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day site operations across our on-site mobile crushing fleet
- Maintain high operational standards across the team to achieve crushing production, adjusting plans and resources where required to achieve targets
- Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure equipment is kept to a highly reliable quality
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate resources, including labour, equipment, and materials
- Drive safe and efficient site performance while maintaining compliance with site procedures and HSE standards
- Present performance results and project updates in client meetings, ensuring clear reporting and alignment on project outcomes
- Manage site costs, resource allocation, and operational budgets to support project performance Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Step-up Supervisor in a mining and/or mobile crushing environment
- Robust technical knowledge of mobile crushing equipment
- Understanding of mine site safety systems, HSE requirements, and safe work practices
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, ability to monitor performance, deliver clear reporting and develop effective working relationships
- Ability to problem solve, prioritise workloads, and deliver results in a high-production environment Benefits
