Administrator - Regional Support (Mount Thorley)

About the role The Administrator – Regional Support role will be accountable for administration duties – supporting our remote sites. Responsibilities include coordinating all travel and logistics for the site team, payroll and leave management, maintaining rosters for all sites, document control, mobilisations for new starters and coordinating induction and training requirements along with raising purchase orders. In addition, you will maintain employee files and coordinate relief to always ensure full manning for sites. Possible site visits when required. This role will be based at our Mt Thorley office on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday. About you The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Relevant administrative experience in a similar role ideally for 2 years
- Experience in a mining or busy contracting company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with multiple employees at all levels
- Self‑motivated who can work autonomously
- Ability to multitask and coordinate on several projects
- Result‑orientated with excellent attention to detail
- Robust software experience in JDE, MS Office, Internet and travel systems
- Flexibility to travel to site when required What we offer
