**The Opportunity: Assistant Director / Educational Leader**
- **Schedule**: Monday
- Friday, 5 days per week
- **Location**: Shailer Park
- **Hours**: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- **Compensation**: Up to $40 per hour + super

**We would love you to have**:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as an assistant director /educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

**Our Centre**

**Hyperdome Early Education Centre** is located in Commercial Drive, Shailer Park, a 5 minute walk from the Hyperdome Shopping Centre. We care for up to 169 children per day and offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities. We are passionate about sustainability and love to explore these practices with the children in our care.
