Marketing Specialist (Wetherill Park)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Sunled’s products and services, incorporating market research findings to optimize our reach and impact.
- Analyse customer needs, preferences, and behaviours, along with market trends and competitor activity, to guide Sunled’s marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Design and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, to effectively raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Develop and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring funds are effectively allocated to maximize return on investment and support Sunled’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product development goals and recommend pricing strategies that enhance profitability and market share.
- Work with external agencies and media partners to plan, create, and launch advertising and promotional campaigns that effectively convey Sunled’s brand message.
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, preparing insightful reports for senior management that inform future marketing decisions.
- Uphold Sunled’s brand identity by ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent brand image across all channels.
- Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure that marketing efforts are coordinated and aligned with Sunled’s overall business goals.
- Maintain and optimize Sunled’s customer database, segment customer profiles, and implement CRM strategies aimed at strengthening customer loyalty and retention.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
