Customer Service + Sales Team Member (Fairfield)

In this crucial role, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding support to our customers and driving revenue through expert product knowledge and consultative selling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Provide expert advice** on a wide range of home appliances to help customers find the best solutions.
- **Accurately process sales transactions**, with upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
- **Maintain detailed records** of customer interactions and sales activities in our system.
- **Collaborate** with the sales, inventory, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- **Participate actively** in team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your knowledge and sales skills.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven experience** in customer-facing roles (appliance retail, general retail, or call centres preferred).
- **Exceptional communication skills** and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- **Strong product knowledge** with the ability to sell consultatively and close deals effectively.
- **Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment**, with a focus on results.
- **Exceptional attention to detail**, delivering high-quality work at all times.
- **Adaptable and eager to learn**, with a growth mindset to succeed within the role.

Pay: $45,000.00
- $60,000.00 per year
