About The Role:

We are currently looking for a Customer Service/HR Assistant Staff who can speak both English and Mandarin, (please do not send us resume if you are not able to meet the language requirements)for a rapid-paced plastics manufacturing company for our NSW site office.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Payroll time keeping support

HR Assistant

Policy documentation, comprehension checked and follow up for signatures

UKG account creation, updates forms, face scans,

Backup staffing arrangements

Double check the remote customer service works (administrative oversight)

Customer service admin

Requirements:

Positive interpersonal skills working with internal staff and external customers

Have previous customer service and administrative experience

Have exceptional customer service and communication skills

Have excellent computer skills

Experience in a wholesale or distribution business an advantage

MUST be fluent in both English and Mandarin

Job Types: Permanent

Salary: 1st 3 month is probation and salary is 32 per hour(casual, full time working hour). After probation, salary will be $62000, full time.

Pay: $62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
