Guildford West, NSW Watson Glass is a Sydney-based glass manufacturer, processor, and supplier providing high-quality custom glass solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential clients across NSW. The business offers a wide range of glass products and services, including laminated glass, toughened glass, curved toughened glass, heat strengthened glass, mirrors, safety glass, screen printed glass, glass balustrades, pool applications, double glazing, and cut-to-size glass processing. Due to continued business growth and increasing demand for customised glass solutions, Watson Glass requires a Marketing Officer to support the company’s advertising, branding, digital marketing, and business development activities. The position will play an important role in promoting the company’s products and services, increasing brand awareness, conducting market research, managing online marketing campaigns, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting the company’s ongoing expansion across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. The successful candidate must have:
· A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
· At least five years of relevant marketing experience
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, market research, branding, and campaign management
· Ability to analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
· Experience in the construction, building materials, manufacturing, or glass industry will be highly regarded
· Excellent English communication skills Responsibilities include:
· Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Watson Glass’s products and services across commercial, industrial, and residential markets
· Conducting market research to identify customer demand, competitor activities, industry trends, and recent business opportunities
· Planning and coordinating digital marketing campaigns, including website content, social media, online advertising, and promotional materials
· Supporting business development by working closely with management and sales teams to attract new customers, builders, architects, glaziers, and commercial clients
· Advising management on marketing strategies including product positioning, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, customer engagement, and distribution channels to support business growth, improve brand awareness, and strengthen market competitiveness
· Preparing brochures, product information, advertising content, and marketing communications to promote customised glass solutions
· Monitoring marketing campaign performance and preparing reports with recommendations to improve customer engagement and lead generation
· Assisting with branding and promotional strategies for Watson Glass’s key product lines, including laminated glass, toughened glass, mirrors, balustrades, pool applications, and custom glass processing services
· Maintaining consistent brand messaging across online and offline marketing channel
· Supporting customer relationship initiatives to strengthen Watson Glass’s reputation for quality, innovation, reliable service, and tailored glass solutions The benefits:
