Assessing a clients support needs and assisting them with transitioning to supported independent living.
Accessing and prescribing standard and complex equipment.
Conducting home setting assessments and assisting with major and minor home modifications.
Providing therapy services to participants whilst building on their strengths and developing sustainable long-term solutions to complex needs.
Timely documentation & report writing

Essential Requirements
A degree in Occupational Therapy (or eligible to graduate soon
- 4th year student)
Eligible for AHPRA registration upon completion of relevant degree.
Demonstrates efficiency and competence with OT processes and frameworks.
Proficient communication and organisational skills
A passion for helping people.
Current Australian driver's licence
Work Location: Fairfield
Job Type: Casual
Pay: From $31.46 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
