**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a bright, creative, and motivated Marketing Associate to join our friendly Smithfield team. This is an exciting hands-on role for someone ready to grow their career in marketing and communications within a supportive, dynamic business.

Because this position works closely with our Sales, Business Development and R&D; teams, it’s a full time, in-office role. Being onsite helps you learn quickly, share ideas in real time, and collaborate on campaigns that make an immediate impact.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support delivery of marketing campaigns and product promotions.
- Help coordinate trade shows, events, and marketing materials.
- Assist with website updates, blog posts, and basic design work.
- Liaise with internal teams to track leads and campaign performance.
- Contribute ideas for improving brand visibility and market reach.

**About You**

You’re eager to learn, open-minded, and ready to take initiative. You enjoy being part of a team and have an eye for detail and presentation.

**Essential**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role (or internship).
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

**Desirable**:

- Interest in energy, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Basic understanding of digital analytics or SEO.
