CARe Automotive is looking for an experienced **Service Advisor** to join our repair centre team. This is a key customer‑facing role, acting as the link between customers, Customer CARe, and the workshop to ensure a smooth, well‑coordinated repair journey.
You’ll play a hands‑on role in vehicle intake, customer communication, and repair coordination while supporting safety, quality, and production outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Customer Service**
- Be a point of contact for CARe customers
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle condition
- Clearly explain repair processes, scope, and timeframes
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers and Customer CARe
- Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly
**Vehicle Intake & Coordination**
- Complete tablet‑based check‑in and Digital Triage processes
- Capture accident, non‑accident, and pre‑existing damage
- Mark up vehicles and maintain accurate records in RPS
- Review jobs, action notes, and support production planning
- Coordinate rectifications, Out of Scope items, and quick‑fit work
**Administration, Safety & Compliance**
- Maintain accurate documentation and system records
- Support continuous improvement and process compliance
- Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and procedures
- Identify and escalate safety risks or incidents
**About You**
**Essential**
- Experience in an automotive repair or workshop environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Understanding of vehicle repair processes
- Current driver’s licence
**Desirable**
- Certificate III in Panel or Paint
- Experience in a senior customer service or advisor role
- Knowledge of insurance or accident management environments
- Experience with RPS or similar repair management systems
