As our **Customer Service Team Leader
- Escalations**, you will oversee our dedicated escalations team, ensuring that customer concerns are handled promptly and efficiently to meet company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with the Escalations Manager to train and support the team
- Lead the team in resolving complex customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Create and implement strategies to improve customer service
- Analyze escalations to find trends and improve processes
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer support
- Provide ongoing training to enhance team skills and performance
- Represent the company in tribunal hearings effectively
**Skills Required**:
- 3+ years in a similar role (Retail or Insurance industry highly regarded)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with experience handling challenging customer situations
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand and enforce policies and procedures
- Full working rights
- Own transport

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
