**The Opportunity**

We’re seeking a proactive and capable **Marketing Officer** to take ownership of our marketing initiatives and help drive brand growth. You’ll work across digital and traditional channels, collaborate with internal teams, and see your ideas come to life in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Because this role partners directly with **Sales, Product, and Operations**, it’s a **full-time, in-office position** based in Smithfield. Onsite collaboration ensures rapid communication, access to technical knowledge, and a creative environment where ideas turn into action.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Support trade show and event planning, from design to logistics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials.
- Track campaign results and report on performance metrics.
- Work with the Sales team to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Contribute to product launches, PR opportunities, and internal communications.

**About You**

You’re a confident communicator who enjoys both strategy and execution. You’re hands-on, organised, and ready to take responsibility for results.

**Essential**:

- 3-4 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with mínimal supervision.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in B2B or technical industries.
- Understanding of CRM platforms and data-driven marketing.
- Creative eye for visual design and storytelling.
