Purchasing Manager (Wetherill Park)

- Lead and manage the Purchasing team, including training, supervision, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and yearly KPIs
- Oversee purchasing of goods and services, aligning with company stock policy and quality standards
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure supplier compliance with company requirements
- Provide 6-12 month rolling forecast on key materials to vendors
- Handle special projects, ad-hoc requirements, and other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the chemical industry or hardware market
- Strong systems and process knowledge, preferably SAP
- Good knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and ability to work independently
- Highest standards of ethics, integrity, and attention to detail
