The Grinders Supply Chain Team is based in our Roastery in Fairfield, Victoria. Supply Chain compromises an array of function under its banner and the reach extends from procurement of both green beans & finished products to customer deliveries.

**About your new role**

Due to incredible growth of our delicious brand, we have a wonderful opportunity to join our Grinders team in this role of Production Operator, based at our Roastery in Fairfield, Victoria. It is a very exciting time to join our team as we continue to increase our market share.

In your role of Production Operator, you will contribute to the delivery of the production schedule and work effectively within the manufacturing team across packing lines and roastery plant activities.
- Operating Machinery and Equipment
- Quality Control and Inspection
- Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Environment
- Material Handling and Preparation

This role covers Tuesday to Saturday and offers shift allowance for Saturday

Hours of operation are; Tuesday to Friday 10am
- 6pm. Saturday 7am-2pm.

**Let’s talk about you!**
- Previous experience operating high speed manufacturing machinery would be highly regarded, especially within the food and beverage industry.
- Understanding of Good**Manufacturing**Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)**.**
- Forklift license
- Awareness of workplace safety practices in a food production setting
- Excellent attention to detail
- ensuring quality standards and consistent product delivery.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
