Customer Experience Consultant (Wetherill Park)

**The Opportunity**: Veolia ANZ is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team based in Wetherill Park 2164. As the Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support and resolving a wide range of queries for our customers.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Confirming and managing customer bookings
- Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Experience within a call centre environment desired but not essential
- A positive, can do attitude with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment with rapidly changing priorities
