**Job Summary**: A Reception Team member will perform an integral role in providing seamless consumer experiences for UFC GYM members and guests when visiting UFC Gym.

Reception staff are the first point of contact for enquiries, sales, complaints and questions regarding UFC Gym.

As Reception Team member you will have thorough knowledge about UFC Gym and its facilities, programs and promotions and lead a reception team to ensure relevant systems are running effectively and efficiently.

**Experience & Educational Requirements**
- 2+ Years’ Customer service and Point of Sale Experience required
- Preferred Cert 3, 4 or diploma in fitness trainer
- Current CPR & First Aid
- Current Working with Childrens Check

**Requirements**:

- A passion for delivering quality Customer Service
- Proven ability to be highly organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work a rotating roster
- Opening shift (5am)
- early morning and mid-afternoon to Close (10pm), with some weekends included
- Good understanding of the benefits of fitness
- A passion for helping people!
- Close promixity or ability to train to Wetherill Park via own transport

**Job Types: Part-time, Casual**

**Salary**: $21.00
- $23.00 per hour
