About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Develop and implement effective warehouse processes and procedures.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in the logistics or warehousing industry.

Robust leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of warehouse management software and inventory control systems.

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
