**About the role** This is a field‑based role on a 21/7 roster, travelling across regional and rural NSW. You’ll work 10-12 hour shifts with a supportive site team and receive a generous LAHA while away. You’ll help install Optic Fibre cable for the Telstra Inter City Fibre (ICF) Network, a major nationwide upgrade.
- Fibre & Hauling Works
- Rod, rope and haul fibre — including hand hauling and machinery-assisted cable hauling
- Civil works/general labouring
- Repair blockages
- Operate a range of plant and equipment (dozer, excavator, vacuum truck, winches, mobile crane, HR trucks)

**What you’ll need (mandatory)**
- Current driver’s licence
- Construction White Card
- Desirable (Not essential — training can be provided)_
