Marketing Coordinator (Smithfield)

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented **Marketing Coordinator** to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist with content creation, manage social media platforms, and help track campaign performance. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team and contributing to exciting projects that make a real impact.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
- Help manage the company website and ensure content is up to date
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Monitor marketing analytics and prepare performance reports
- Provide general support to the marketing team and other departments
- Physically visit centre spaces to ensure marketing initiatives are effective and working well
- Willing to learn by taking on courses to gain more knowledge in the field
- Stay up to date with trends and competitors

**What we’re looking for**:

- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- A passion for marketing, branding, and digital media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail
- Some knowledge with social media platforms and square space backend
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or Google Analytics (a plus, not a must)
