We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fleet Contract Manager to lead, coach, and manage our delivery contract teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of our delivery teams, ensuring a premium delivery service to customers, while maintaining compliance with company standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop contract delivery teams to achieve service excellence and performance targets
- Source, onboard, and train current delivery carriers across multiple states
- Manage day-to-day delivery operations, resolving complaints and ensuring timely, damage-free deliveries
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews with delivery teams to drive continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics including Radaro ratings, delivery targets, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine delivery processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with company OHS policies and procedures

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience managing delivery teams, contractors, or logistics operations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Ability to travel interstate as required
- A proactive attitude with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience with Radaro or similar delivery management platforms will be highly regarded
