Sales Representative - Fmcg Food & Beverage (Fairfield)

We are a growing Sydney-based food and beverage distribution company seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to build and grow a new sales territory from scratch.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a driven salesperson who enjoys developing new business and taking ownership of their territory.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for building distribution across:

- Asian grocery stores
- Indian grocery stores
- Arabic / Middle Eastern grocery stores
- European grocery stores (Mediterranean, Italian, Balkan & Eastern European)
- Convenience stores
- Independent supermarkets
- Major supermarket chains

This role will initially involve both sales and product delivery, so you must be comfortable managing accounts and servicing customers directly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Open new accounts and build the territory from the ground up
- Grow product distribution and shelf presence
- Negotiate pricing and promotional activity
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage stock deliveries to customers (initial stage)
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

**About You**
- Proven experience in FMCG or food & beverage sales
- Robust understanding of multicultural grocery markets
- Confident opener and closer of new business
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Comfortable working independently
- Valid Australian driver’s licence

Pay: $49,900.00
