**About the Role**: As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Provide excellent customer service by managing parts inquiries, requests, and quotes.
- Handle phone services and ensure a qualified customer experience.
- Use APG systems to manage parts and inventory.
- Address customer escalations and maintain order records.
- Meet KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.
