- Escalations, you will oversee our dedicated escalations team, ensuring that customer concerns are handled promptly and efficiently to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the Escalations Manager to train and support the team

Lead the team in resolving complex customer issues professionally and efficiently

Create and implement strategies to improve customer service

Analyze escalations to find trends and improve processes

Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer support

Provide ongoing training to enhance team skills and performance

Represent the company in tribunal hearings effectively

Skills Required:

3+ years in a similar role (Retail or Insurance industry highly regarded)

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Strong problem-solving ability with experience handling challenging customer situations

Solid attention to detail and the ability to understand and enforce policies and procedures
