· This is a varied and key role where no two days are the same.
· You will be at the centre of warehouse operations, spare parts coordination, customer communication, and stock control.
· Your work will directly support customer satisfaction, efficient dispatch, and the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
· This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, working with urgency, and being relied on by both customers and team members.
· Approx. 40% customer service and communication
· Approx. 15% receivals, deliveries, and supply coordination
· Approx. 20% preparing and assembling stock for dispatch
· Approx. 5% forklift operation
