At Wales Tradelinks Australia PTY Ltd, we supply premium-grade Indian groceries and food ingredients to businesses and families all over Australia. We have made a systematic process for both our suppliers and wholesalers. Due to business expansion and system & website upgrade, we now require an ICT Customer Support Officer to join us. Responsibilities: Providing first-level ICT technical support to suppliers, wholesalers & employees software and network-related issues. Responding to suppliers & wholesalers support requests and resolving technical problems relating to inventory management and operational systems. Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, printers, barcode scanners, and peripheral devices. Assisting users with login credentials, password resets, user account creation, and access permissions. Supporting warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and MYOB-based invoicing systems. Diagnosing and troubleshooting system, application, and connectivity issues to minimise operational downtime. Maintaining and updating customer, inventory, and user records within internal software systems. Assisting in website administration, including user management, backend updates, and data maintenance. Escalating unresolved ICT issues to external service providers and coordinating technical resolutions. Monitoring system performance and identifying recurring technical issues affecting business operations. Maintaining ICT support documentation, troubleshooting logs, and service records. Performing routine system maintenance, software updates, and basic data backup procedures. Supporting operational continuity by ensuring smooth functionality of digital inventory and order processing systems. Providing guidance and basic training to employees on the use of business applications, email systems, and shared network resources. Requirements: Relevant Diploma or Higher Qualification in IT is preferred. At least 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Pay: $74,000.00 – $79,000.00 per year Advantages:
