Customer Service & Admin Assistant (Automotive Aftermarket) …, Wetherill Park

**Role Overview**

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and has an interest in the automotive aftermarket industry. You will assist with customer enquiries, product support, and day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Support**
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Assist customers in identifying the correct products for their vehicle
- Provide basic product information and order assistance

**Administration & Operations**
- Book in customer jobs and appointments
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Support day-to-day office operations
- General product picking and warehouse admin task

**Shopify & E-Commerce Support**
- Assist with Shopify product administration
- Help upload or update product listings
- Assist with organising product information and images
- Support basic website and order management tasks

**Preferred Skills & Experience**
- Automotive knowledge or enthusiasm for the car industry (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Shopify or e-commerce experience (a bonus but not required)
- Robust attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace

**Position Details**
- **Part time**: 2-3 days per week
- **Location**: Wetherill Park, Sydney
