Baker to become part of our dynamic team.

About the Role

Our Head Baker will oversee our pastry department, leading and mentoring the team

while driving innovation through research and product development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols. We prioritise safety and

cleanliness. Your expertise in these areas is crucial for maintaining our rigorous

standards.
- Consistently to deliver top-quality pastries by utilising best practices in production

methods and making necessary improvements.
- Guidance and team support. We seek a team-oriented individual capable of

mentoring and assisting fellow team members in refining their skills.
- Manage inventory and uphold stock levels within the allocated budget.
- Prepare dough by weighing, kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing, and

shaping, while ensuring the quality of raw materials for baking.
- Observe oven temperature and product appearance to determine baking

duration.
- Bake diverse bread products, pastries, pies, and various bakery items following

standard recipes and schedules for consistent quality.

To be successful in this role, you will have
- Minimum 3 years of baker experience required.
- Skilled in dough mixing, shaping, and baking techniques.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, engaging positively with customers

and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for baking.
- Versatile availability, including nights and weekends.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring and supporting team members to

enhance their skills.
