Key Responsibilities:
This busy role will see you undertaking customer enquiries, administrative support, order processing and two hours of study per week as part of your traineeship.

Position Overview:
Qualification Opportunity: Gain a Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) while working full time.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Location: Yennora/Fairfield, NSW.
Experience Requirement: No more than 5 years out of school, with customer service experience from retail or hospitality roles highly advantageous but not necessary.
Attributes: We're seeking individuals with a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, excellent timekeeping, and organisational skills.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer skills is a must.
