Customer Service/counter Staff Car Rental Smithfield

We are looking for counter staff for our car rental business across various locations spanning from Liverpool to Blacktown, Penrith and Campbelltown.

Duties will include:

Serving our valued customers at the counter:

Ensuring all aspects of quality control are delivered, including presentation of counter/s, paperwork and fleet:

Answering calls and making reservations:

Some vehicle cleaning:

General office duties

To perform the role effectively, you will possess the following attributes:

Willingness to learn

Ability to work unsupervised

Passion for the vital role you play within the team and company and importantly flexibility of working hours and days with some weekend work.

Willing to travel and work between branches

Hold a current non-restricted drivers licence and able to drive manual
