Metal Master Roofing and Cladding Supplies is a trusted supplier to the roofing and construction industry. We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Administration Assistant to join our friendly team in Smithfield.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things organised. You’ll be supporting our office and sales team with day-to-day administration and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Answering phone calls and assisting customers with enquiries

- Data entry and maintaining accurate records

- Processing orders and assisting with invoices

- Providing administrative support to the sales and warehouse teams

**Requirements**:
- Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s licence

- Must have full work rights in Australia

- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)

- Previous office or administration experience preferred

- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Friendly, organised, and able to multitask

Pay: From $45,963.70 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
