**Project Procurement and Logistic Coordinator**

**Position Overview**: **Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement logistics plans to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
- Coordinate logistics activities such as transportation, scheduling, and warehousing to optimize workflow.
- Establish and implement effective procedures for managing the freight team.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of company vehicles and fleet, ensuring compliance with safety standards and reliability.
- Collaborate with and manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to company policies and project timelines.
- Manage project procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating with suppliers for optimal pricing and project success.
- Work closely with the production team to anticipate and fulfil project procurement needs.
- Conduct subcontractor audits and ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, project management, or an engineering-related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in professional business English.
- Valuable attention to detail and reliability in ensuring accuracy of data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations, ISO 9001/14001, AS/NZS 5377, and R2v3 is a plus.
Pay: $50,000.00
- $70,000.00 per year
