**About the role**

As a Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for the following:

- Data entry: use of Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Deal with customers through various channels such as telephone, electronic communication, or face-to-face interactions.
- Promptly reply to any inquiries from customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate with internal departments and coordinate with them as needed

**Shift Pattern**: Monday to Friday 8am
- 4.30pm

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Experience in Supply Chain, and an understanding of sales, distribution and logistics in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a B2B Customer Service setting.
- Proven experience in a customer-centric role.
- Experience with ERP Microsoft D365 or Aspect or similar.
