As the Customer Support Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for customers; handling enquiries, tracking orders, sourcing parts and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Think fast-paced, team-driven and all about delivering a great customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries. Process orders, quotes and parts sales. Track deliveries and chase up orders. Work with teams across the business to get the job done.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in customer service or admin. Solid communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks. Attention to detail and a team-first attitude. Experience with systems (SAP / CRM / ERP) is a bonus.
