We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service and office Administrators for opportunities based in Wetherill Park. These roles offer Monday to Friday hours with the potential for long-term employment in supportive team environments.
Available Rosters Wetherill Park: 8:00am – 4:30pm (Temp to Perm)
Key Responsibilities Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Processing and keying customer orders accurately Handling inbound and outbound phone calls Investigating and resolving customer enquiries and order issues Managing cases from initial enquiry through to resolution Liaising with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely customer outcomes Maintaining accurate customer, order, and account records across systems Providing general administrative support to daily operations Following up on outstanding payments and assisting with debtor account management
To be successful, you will have: Previous experience in customer service, administration, or order processing NetSuite experience highly regarded Salesforce experience beneficial Strong order processing / data entry skills Confident phone manner and clear communication skills Experience in case management or handling customer investigations High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment
