Bakers Assistant Smithfield

We are a friendly family bakery looking for someone with some baking experience to help our Head Baker at night.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the preparation of doughs, batters, and fillings.

Helping with the shaping, proofing, and baking of various products.

Maintaining a clean and organised work setting.

Operating and cleaning baking equipment safely and efficiently.

Hours: Tuesday night to Saturday night, the hours range from 6PM
- 6AM so we need someone adaptable with work hours. The shift will be approximately 8 hours a night.

Pay: $25 / hour.
