If you are an experienced operator who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Available Shifts Day Shift: 6:00am start Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm start Reporting to the Shift Supervisor or Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for manufacturing products safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site. About the RoleIn this hands-on role, you will work across a variety of production processes and equipment to complete daily manufacturing batches in line with production schedules and company standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in food, flavour, ingredient, or chemical manufacturing who enjoys working in a collaborative and safety-focused setting. Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture products safely, accurately, and efficiently in accordance with production instructions and quality standards
- Read and follow manufacturing instructions, formulas, and bill of materials
- Operate designated production equipment and machinery including blending, batching, mixing, packaging, filtering, heating, and compounding systems
- Load raw materials and intermediates into production equipment
- Complete production records accurately and maintain documentation standards
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving during production processes
- Perform in-process quality checks and identify/report deviations in line with procedures
- Prepare products for packaging and shipment
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment
- Work in compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, environmental, and safety standards
- Participate in Lean and continuous improvement activities About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 3-4 years' experience in flavour, ingredient, food, or chemical manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Forklift operating experience or licence (preferred) Physical RequirementsThis role requires manual handling and physical activity, including:
- Lifting up to 25kg
- Pushing/pulling up to 35kg Important Information
