Signage Production Manager Smithfield

KWN are national leaders in the Traffic Control and Civil Safety industry. KWN's consistent continued growth has created the need for an Signage Production Team Leader with at least three years experience in the printing & signage industries to manage our signage production team. Responsibilities
- The ability to lead the signage production team and organising workflow
- Make sure projects are produced on time and are of high quality
- Design and manage templates and graphic designs
- a proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Illustrator
- Maintaining equipment in positive order and condition
- Direct design team to produce artwork in a timely manner.
- High attention to detail and solid focus is required.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- A robust creative mindset and ability to think outside the box Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have ideally 3+ years experience in the Signage industry with supervisor experience, however someone looking to step up from a Sign-writer role would be considered.
