Description
Protech are looking an experienced Escalations Coordinator to perform work with our client, located in Wetherill Park on a fulltime permanent basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Immediate Start
Full time
Monday
- Friday 9am-5pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the point of escalation for Customer Care team members to resolve issues as required to ensure customers’ issues are dealt with, completed & finalized in a timely manner.
Complete escalated customer enquiries in line with SLA’s
Raise claims against suppliers for replacement
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent communication skills
Liaise with other departments (eg Purchasing, Dispatch and Quality Control) to establish effective and relevant service support activities.
Liaise and work with service technicians / contractors to ensure reports / outcomes are in line with expectations
Assess severity of customer escalation issues with the appropriate sense of urgency
General ad hoc duties
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2+ years experience in a call centre setting (claims highly regarded)
Customer service skills, ideally within the retail sector
Demonstrated experience in working with customers to achieve outcomes
Excellent communication skills & phone manner
Ability to work well under pressure
Knowledge of the retail industry highly regarded
Full working rights

- $65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Wetherill Park, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Call centre: 1 year (preferred)
