Australian Lifting Centre is a leading wholesaler in the lifting and rigging industry. We have branches nationally and are seeking a customer service officer to look after sales and administration in our busy Wetherill Park Office.
The purpose of this role is to fulfil customer’s requirements starting from customer inquiry to after sales service, making Customer Service preferred & reliable for our customers and to build up skilled relationships with both internal and external customers using a variety of effective communication channels.
Some of the tasks will include:
Providing skilled order placement and fulfillment for customers
Providing after sales service to customers including technical information & support as required & requested
Management & release of backorders
Liaise with warehouse / dispatch team re order status
Communicate order status
Support Promotional activities and programmes
Organise & implement specialised orders & requests for regional customers
Feedback market intelligence & information gained to Branch Manager
Technical Support
Administration
The following skills are desired:
Previous customer service / liaison experience & skills
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
- written & oral
Good interpersonal skills for handling customers & internal staff
Medium level of Computer literacy
Minimum education level attained
- School certificate
High attention to detail
Team player
Experience in the Lifting Industry
Valuable technical understanding of Lifting products and their operating limits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00
- $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
Performance bonus
