SHINY is now seeking a full time Customer Service Manager to fill a vacant position.
To be successful in this role you must have:
A tertiary qualification
Excellent verbal and written communication skill; bilingual capability in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is highly advantageous
Excellent organizational and inter-personal skills, with the ability to multitask
At least 3 years of proven experiences as Customer Service Manager
Robust decision-making and problem-solving skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage relationships between the company and customers
Develop, implement, supervise and review customer service strategy, plan and policies
Develop, implement, supervise and review after-sales plans, policies and procedures for handling complaints, product returns, and refunds
Organise, motivate and supervise customer service staff
Coordinate with personnel from other departments to achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction
Maintain excellent communication with customers
Provide after-sales support to customers as needed
The annual salary is $70,000 to $85,000 per annum plus all statutory welfares.
Pay: $70,000.00
- $85,000.00 per year

Diploma (required)
Experience:
Customer service: 3 years (required)
