As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall commercial objectives of the company. This position will involve assisting our customers with all their building and trade supply needs, providing exceptional service and expert product knowledge. What you'll be doing
- Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through exceptional service and account management
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked sales floor.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
