About the Role 9am
- 5:30 pm Start ASAP On site Parking Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Escalations Manager to train and support the team
- Lead the team in resolving complex customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Create and implement strategies to improve customer service
- Analyze escalations to find trends and improve processes
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer support
- Provide ongoing training to enhance team skills and performance
- Represent the company in tribunal hearings effectively Skills Required
- 3+ years in a similar role (Retail or Insurance industry highly regarded)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Robust problem‑solving ability with experience handling challenging customer situations
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to understand and enforce policies and procedures
- Full working rights
