- Stable hours with a flexible roster Job Descriptions: Based at our Restaurant in Munno para South Australia, this is a full-time position suitable for a skilled Chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes, managing food quality, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu standards
- Assist with menu planning and seasonal changes
- Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP)
- Oversee kitchen operations and support junior kitchen staff
- Manage food inventory and minimise waste
- Maintain consistency in food presentation and quality
- Liaise with the front of house staff Skills and Qualifications required: To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (or equivalent) or Diploma in Hospitality Management
- At least 1 year of full-time experience working as a Chef
- Excellent knowledge of Traditional, street food & modern Indian cuisine
- Robust teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain kitchen efficiency
