Service Delivery Manager (Virginia)

About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and customer‑focused Service Delivery Manager to join our Account Management team. Reporting to the Regional Account Manager East, this role is the key relationship manager for national Managed Service clients, ensuring service excellence and a premium client experience. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of managed service contracts while continuously driving improvements in service quality and customer satisfaction. This is a permanent full time office based position in our Virginia office, there will be occasional travel required. Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full lifecycle of Managed Service contracts, including renewals and deliverables
- Acting as the primary point of contact for managed services and managing escalations
- Leading service reviews and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports
- Monitoring contract performance, including P&L; tracking and reporting
- Collaborating with internal technical, support and account teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identifying opportunities for service improvements and business growth Skills and Experience
- Experience in a customer‑facing service delivery or operational role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Excellent presentation, reporting and organisational capability
- Knowledge of service management methodologies (e.g. ITIL, SLAs, KPIs, OLAs)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
