Curtain Sewing Machinists (Virginia)

Bliss Commercial is an Australian owned Roller Blinds and Curtain Manufacturing company based in Virginia QLD. We are currently looking for a self motivated skilled to join our rapidly growing commercial team. This role would suit someone who has workroom drapery experience. This is very much a key hands-on role which involves:
- Sew drapes, soft furnishings items.
- Have advanced knowledge of sewing techniques, including top-stitching, piping, overlocking and pleating curtains.
- Maintaining high sewing standards
- Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job.
- Great reliability and time management.
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Work in a team environment
- Have a high quality of workmanship and take pride in their work.
- Maintaining a clean work area. The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in the field of using industrial machines This is a full-time position however we will consider part time and casual roles, and salary/hour rate is negotiable on experience.
